In response to employee feedback and as part of a broader initiative to improve your overall experience with your Intuit benefits, we are transitioning FSA administrators from Alight to Via Benefits, effective April 15, 2024.
What action should I take?
While you don’t need to do anything to initiate this change, you may want to submit eligible FSA claims to Alight before Friday, March 22. Otherwise, you can wait and submit claims through your new Via Benefits account starting Monday, April 15.
Please review the following information carefully to help guide you through this transition.

| Friday, March 22, 2024, 11:59 PM ET | Last day to use your Alight YSA debit card.
Last day to submit FSA claims to Alight (for claims incurred August 1, 2023, through March 22, 2024). Any attempts to submit claims to Alight after this date will be rejected/denied. |
| Saturday, March 23 through April 14, 2024 | FSA services are unavailable while accounts are transferred to Via Benefits. During this time, you will not be able to submit FSA claims or use your debit card. Please plan to pay out-of-pocket for eligible FSA expenses and submit them to Via Benefits on or after April 15, 2024. |
| Thursday, April 11, 2024 | Via Benefits sends new FSA debit cards.
If you do not receive your new debit card by the end of April, please reach out to Via Benefits for reissue of the card. |
| Monday, April 15, 2024 | First day you can use your new FSA debit card and submit claims to Via Benefits. |
| Wednesday, July 31, 2024 | Last day you can view historical account information on the Alight website. |
| Thursday, October 31, 2024 | Deadline to submit claims to Via Benefits (for claims incurred from August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024). |
