Pelvic health support

Hinge Health’s Pelvic Health Program offers digital personalized pelvic support for your unique musculoskeletal needs through pelvic floor physical therapy. The program addresses all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

Hinge can help you manage pelvic pain and common issues that women encounter from early adulthood to beyond menopause, including the following:

  • Pelvic pain resulting from stress, injury, and conditions including endometriosis
  • Pregnancy and postpartum urinary and bowel issues, and lower back, hip, and pelvic pain
  • Bladder and bowel disorders
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Separated abdominal muscles
  • Sexual dysfunction

Once you join Hinge, you’ll work with a specialized care team, including a pelvic floor physical therapist, a women’s health coach, and, if needed, a urogynecologist, to meet your goals. They’ll develop a personalized exercise plan for you, making any necessary changes over the course of your treatment.
