Get ready for a better benefits experience

Annual enrollment for Intuit benefits is right around the corner (June 10-21, 2024). We’re excited to announce updates we’re making now to improve your experience with your Intuit benefits.

Effective April 15, 2024, all US employees will have access to a new benefits website—called My Benefits—and to specialists through the My Benefits Service Center, who can answer your benefits questions. In response to employee feedback, we are also introducing Via Benefits as Intuit’s new flexible spending account (FSA) administrator.

What you need to know

Effective April 15, 2024:

  • My Benefits will be your new benefits enrollment website, replacing the Alight enrollment website.

We’re making this change to provide you with a more personalized benefits experience, including a detailed benefits dashboard and to-do list, educational resources, and in-the-moment help with your benefit decisions. For example, during annual enrollment, My Benefits will guide you through the enrollment process, providing helpful information and support along the way.

  • The My Benefits Service Center will be your primary resource and contact for any questions about your health (medical, dental, vision) and insurance benefits.
  • Via Benefits will be your new administrator for our health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs).

What you need to do

  • If you’re a new hire or you’ve recently experienced a life event (such as marriage, divorce, childbirth, or child adoption) and need to make changes to your benefits: You can get started by logging on to My Benefits and following the steps to enroll.
  • If you have questions about your benefits: You can contact the My Benefits Service center at 800-381-8881, Monday through Friday, 5 AM to 6 PM PT. You can also visit My Benefits to start an online chat. View the How do I request benefits help article for more information about how to contact the My Benefits Service Center.
  • If you’re currently enrolled in a health care, dependent care, or limited purpose (dental, vision) FSA: We encourage you to review our dedicated webpage that has more details about the transition, including answers to common questions.
