Medical
Intuit’s supplemental medical benefits are provided through Sun Life and include comprehensive coverage for a range of health care needs, including prescription drugs, hospital care, and dental and vision coverage—all at no cost to you.
All SelectTime employees who work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for medical benefits.
Dental
Dental coverage is automatically included with the Intuit supplemental medical plan through Sun Life and includes up to 1,500 CAD reimbursement for preventive care services and basic and major procedures.
Vision
Vision coverage is automatically included with the Intuit supplemental medical plan through Sun Life and includes reimbursement of up to 50 CAD toward eye exams and up to 200 CAD reimbursement toward eyeglasses, contacts, and other vision services.
Mental health
As an Intuit employee, you and your family can access free resources, including:
- Confidential counseling: You and your family receive 12 free virtual or in-person sessions through Optum every 12 months from the start of your first session.
- 24/7 work-life support: Digital articles, videos, and forums are available on a variety of topics to support you.
Financial benefits

- Registered Retirement Savings Plan: Intuit matches 100% of your contributions, up to 6% of your eligible earnings.

Other insurance and protection
