If You’re Feeling Stressed

Talk to Someone

It’s understandable that you’d be experiencing a lot of fear and anxiety around a public health crisis. If you ever want to talk to someone about your concerns, you can find the help you need through Optum, Intuit’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or our many behavioral telemedicine services.

Optum and Cigna both offer a free, 24-hour emotional support help line. Call Optum at 1-866-342-6892 to talk to a specially trained mental health specialist, or call Cigna at 1-855-287-8400 to get one-on-one support from a behavioral health clinician.

Crisis Care

If you’re experiencing domestic violence, reach out to HR Connect for support. You can connect via chat or open a case, or call 1-800-819-1620. You can take paid time off if you’re a victim of domestic violence. You can use the time from work to get help to protect your and your children’s health, safety or welfare; obtain a restraining order or other court order; seek medical attention or services from a domestic violence shelter, program or rape crisis center; seek psychological counseling; or receive safety planning related to domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking.

If you’re in need of immediate help, call the Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
